    Emergency & Recovery

    The module will include a general introduction, basic information and evolution of these matters in a global perspective including current situation of emergency crisis and difficulty and problems faced by practitioners during first response and emergency recovery phases.

    Reconstruction

    The module will focus on natural disaster or post-war reconstruction processes and will include use of local and low-cost materials, participation and co-creation processes, debris management and WASH.

    Mitigation & Preparedness

    The module will include mitigation and preparedness strategies, risk assessment processes used to determine community vulnerability, community strength and resilience and in-depth discussion of hazard mitigation planning.
